Effective October 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of streamzonline.com and the website design, hosting and related services StreamZOnline provides (“we,” “us”). StreamZOnline is a service of Industrial Parts and Service LLC (“IPS LLC”). By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn’t fit your project, ask. Anything we agree to in writing for your project takes priority over these general terms.
1. Our services
We build and maintain websites for businesses, churches, and nonprofits. The details of each project (pages, features, price and timeline) are set out in the quote or plan we send you. Our services include:
- Website design: a modern website built for your organization and made to work on phones.
- Template library: a design you choose from Envato Elements, customized for you.
- Hosting and care: hosting with updates, security and backups handled for you.
- Email setup: professional email at your own domain, set up on your phone and computer.
- Online stores: e-commerce setup with the payment system you choose.
- Easy editing: access to update your own words and images.
- Monthly updates: up to 30 minutes of updates every month, included with your hosting.
- Custom programming: custom features and connections, quoted separately.
- Search and social: search basics, your Google Maps listing, and links to your social pages.
2. Quotes and payment
- Website projects are billed half to get started and half when your website goes live, unless your quote says otherwise.
- Quotes are good for 30 days.
- Hosting is billed monthly in advance.
- If a payment is more than 30 days late, we may pause work or hosting until the account is brought up to date.
3. Design changes
Three rounds of design changes are included in every package. After that, or for work outside the agreed plan, changes are billed by the hour. We’ll always tell you before extra charges apply.
4. Templates
- You may choose a ready-made design from Envato Elements. We license it under our subscription and customize it for your website.
- The license covers use of that design on your website while we build and host it. If you move your website elsewhere, some licensed parts (such as template files, stock photos or premium plugins) may need to be licensed in your own name.
5. Your part
- You provide the text, photos, logos and other content for your site, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
- You review drafts and respond within a reasonable time. Timelines move if content or feedback is delayed.
- You keep your passwords private and tell us if you think an account has been compromised.
6. Hosting and care
- Hosting is billed monthly on the plan you choose and is month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
- Hosting includes software updates, security monitoring and regular backups.
- We use trusted outside providers for hosting, domain names, email and payments. We work hard to keep sites fast, safe and backed up, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service or guarantee that those providers will never have outages.
- Websites, email and domain names are renewed as long as your account is current. If you cancel, we’ll help you move your website and domain to another provider.
7. Monthly updates
- Your hosting includes up to 30 minutes of updates every month, such as changing text, photos, hours, prices or adding a short post.
- Send requests by email or through the change-request form on your website. Most requests are done within a few business days.
- Unused time doesn’t carry over to the next month.
- If a request will take longer than your included time, we’ll let you know first. Extra time is billed at our hourly rate in 5-minute increments (most simple fixes take less than 5 minutes), and larger projects are quoted up front.
8. Email
- Email accounts are provided through our hosting provider. The number of mailboxes and any monthly fee are set out in your quote.
- Mailbox storage and sending limits are set by the provider.
- We set up your email on your phone and computer. You’re responsible for keeping mailbox passwords private.
9. Online stores
- Payments are handled by the payment processor you choose (for example PayPal, Stripe or Square) through an account in your name. We don’t store your customers’ card numbers.
- You’re responsible for your products, prices, taxes, shipping, refunds and customer service, and for the processor’s fees.
10. Editing your own website
We set you up to update your words and images safely, with access limited to your content. Changes you or your staff make are your responsibility. If something breaks, we’ll help fix it; repairs beyond your included monthly time are billed by the hour.
11. Custom programming
Custom features and connections are quoted separately, with the work described in your quote. Changes to the agreed work after it starts may change the price or timeline, and we’ll tell you before that happens.
12. Search and social
- We set up search basics for your website and help you with your Google Business Profile (your Google Maps listing) and links to your social pages.
- No one can guarantee search rankings or placement, and we don’t.
- Your Google listing and social media accounts belong to you. Google’s verification step must be completed by you. You may add us as a manager and remove us at any time.
13. Who owns what
- Your content (text, photos, logos you provide) always belongs to you.
- Your website: once the project is paid in full, the finished design and pages are yours to keep.
- Your domain name belongs to you, even if we registered or manage it for you.
- Our tools: the plugins, templates and code we use across many sites (such as our site kit) remain ours. You may keep using them on your website.
- Licensed items such as themes, fonts, stock photos and premium plugins are used under their own licenses.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may show your website in our portfolio.
14. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a project at any time. The deposit covers planning and work already done and isn’t refundable once work has started. If you cancel later, you pay for the work completed up to that point. Monthly hosting fees aren’t refunded for partial months.
15. Using this website
You may browse this website and use our forms for real inquiries. Please don’t misuse it: no spam, no attempts to break in or disrupt it, and no copying our content to pass off as your own. Information on this site is general and may change without notice.
16. Limits of our responsibility
We do our work carefully and stand behind it, but our websites and services are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the previous 12 months.
17. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
