StreamZOnline (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through streamzonline.com and while working with clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact form, website planner or pricing request, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, organization and details about your project.
- Client information. When we build or host a website for you, we keep the contact, billing and project information needed to do the work, plus the content you give us for your site.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send quotes.
- To plan, build, host and support your website and email.
- To send invoices and account notices.
- To keep our website and our clients’ websites safe.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask to receive it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted providers that help us run our business and deliver your services, such as our web hosting and email provider, domain registrars and payment processors, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as keeping you signed in if you have an account. We don’t use advertising cookies. If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will update this policy.
Websites we build for clients
When we host or manage a client’s website, the client decides what information their site collects from its visitors. We handle that information only to provide hosting and support, and we keep it secure and confidential. Each client is responsible for their own website’s privacy policy, and we’re glad to help write one.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as they’re useful for following up, and client records for as long as you’re a client and as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we’re required to keep it.
Keeping it safe
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, accounts are protected by passwords, and access to client information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing us. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for organizations and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
